1). Account: Once the user clicked on submit button, user accepts our terms and condition. Submit a valid Email to ATEL Exchange and Trading Limited
Once Account is created email cannot be changed from your profile in any case. In case you forget your email id or lost access to the email account you can apply for a reset by clicking on Forgot password.
a). Our Service is available to only Nigerians resident and allows the user to submit orders to buy and sell e-currency.
b). The Price for which Users offer to sell is defined at Users will and discretion.
c). We reserve the right to change the price of any of our products by posting the information on our website. Note that a mail may not be sent to a customer for any changes in the price.
3). Availability: ATEL will strive to provide you with the Service as soon as possible but there are no guarantees that access will not be interrupted, otherwise that there will be no delays, failures, errors, omissions or loss of transmitted information. Any Technical issues arrived will be announced on social media and may be sent to user’s email and will be kept updated.
a). The currency listed in this site is no way related to ATEL, if you face any issues in payments outside ATEL kindly contact respective payment providers. This is a private exchange platform which provides a secure environment to trade their currency. ATEL is certified to deal all e-currency listed like PM, TBC, Bitcoin, WebMoney, Ukash and PayPal.
b). Monies or e-currency transacted between customers and company-ATEL are irreversible on account that the transaction is confirmed successful.
5). Fees: Kindly refer e-currency shop page for trading fees. ATEL will not charge any additional fees other than payment gateway fees. The gateway fees can be modified at any tim and will be notified through news page.
6). Refund and Cancellation:
a). QuickTeller and Bulk Recharge. In exceptional cases, ATEL may consider your refund request and decide at its own discretion. These exceptional cases are limited to serious payment delays, abnormal rate fluctuations or any guilty actions of third parties.
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 working days of completing the original funding. Official requests must be sent via our support mail: su*****@at**********.com. All refund requests will be processed using the same payment details and method as the original funding.
b) i). E-Currency. E-currency funding is final. You can not request a refund of your money once your e-currency account has been funded.
ii). Bank Account funding is final. You can not request a refund of your E-currency once your Bank account has been deposited otherwise you will need to place a buying order to the company- ATEL again.
a). All transactions are concluded within 0 – 24 hours. If there is any delay in your account funding or withdrawal, you will get in touch with our customer support department on the contact information listed on our contact page.
b). We pay you the exact amount of the E-currency we receive in our E-currency account.
By using any of our services, you agree be bound by these terms as stated here and not to use our website platform, services, products or any part for money laundering or fraud activities, else we reserve the right to take judicious actions without your prior consent.
